Bank PEKAO recently moved from Marcinkowskiego Street to Rynek, putting up for sale their historic building. A Nysa-based entrepreneur bought it with plans to create apartments. The city council had to approve the change since the area was designated for commercial use in the spatial development plan. As part of the investment, the tenement house will be expanded and an additional floor will be built facing Henryka Dąbrowskiego Street. The investor also plans to renovate the road in front of the building.
